These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard enterprise software licensing jurisdictions.
3. Intellectual Property
The routing algorithms, governance frameworks, telemetry systems, and original copy housed on this infrastructure are the exclusive property of GrowthToolBox. Unauthorized reproduction or deployment of these systems is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GrowthToolBox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your integration with our operational layer.
